The IIE Vega School, Bordeaux Campus has a vacancy for a Part-Time Lecturer for the following module:

  • UX Design Technology 2A
Job Purpose
Lecture based on provided content, ensure students are guided and supported in their learning.
Mark student submissions and engage with campus teaching and learning

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Ideal:

  • Honours or Master’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Design, or Interaction Design. 
Alternatively:
  • Undergraduate qualification in a relevant design field, and an NQF 8 or higher qualification in Higher Education plus at least 3 years of work experience as a front-end web developer
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of industry or teaching experience PLUS portfolio in web design using basic web coding languages such as Html5 and CSS3. 

Working Conditions:

  • Please note that this is an Independent Contractor (part-time) role

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and hours worked.
